How does the filter works?

How does the Sprite Showers Filtered Shower Handle works?

The Sprite Hand Held Cartridge within the Filtered Shower Handle has CHLORGON & KDF inside. Chlorgon converts free chlorine and some combined chlorines, such as sodium hypochlorite (liquid swimming pool chlorine), to a harmless chloride. Also, works well in a variety of temperatures from hot to cold.

Kinetic Degradation Fluxion, or KDF, converts free chlorine to a harmless chloride. KDF is 100 percent recyclable and contain no chemical additives. Also, removes free chlorine, iron oxides and hydrogen sulfide.
