The Genuine Sprite Showers Filtered Shower Handle, Model: HH3-CM is highly effective at reducing Chlorine, Dirt&Sediments, Combined Chlorine, Copper, Zinc, Calcium, Hydrogen, Sulphide (Odours), and Iron Oxide from your shower water; and the filter cartridge inside is capable of filtering 3,000 gallons, which means, that each cartridge should be replaced every 200 showers approximately.
