Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system. Activated carbon block filters are not designed to remove bacteria or viruses.
Actual performance results may vary based on the level of organic contaminants in the influent water, changes inpH and upon other conditions that may be encountered during actual use.
Omnipure OMB934 1M Lead Reduction capacities are based on laboratory testing conducted using test protocol contained in NSF Standards 42 and 53 respectively
This Omnipure CL10RO T40 Inline Filter is a coconut shell granular activated carbon water filter, which reduces the bad taste and odour of chlorine along with dirt, sediment, rust, sand, and other contaminants in your water.
For Icemakers, Refrigerators, Under-the-counter, Drinking fountains, Beverage Equipment, R.O. Systems, and in Conjunction with Commercial Purification Systems.
Important: Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system.
Pollutants Removed
The pollutants being removed in the Omnipure CL10RO T40 are: Chlorine, taste, color, and odor
For quick connect fittings, push scratch free tube end into the fitting until it bottoms. Threaded fittings must be wrapped with PTFE tape before installation. Install PTFE taped fittings and tighten firm. Use two wrenches to firmly tighten tubing.
Flush the new Omnipure CL10RO T40 with 5 gallons of water prior to use and check for leaks. If leaks occur, check tightness of tubing and fittings. If leaks persist, discontinue use and call your supporting dealer.
Replace the Omnipure CL10RO T40 when rated capacity (1,500 gallons) is reached, or when flow becomes too slow.
Install in compliance with state and local laws and regulations.
Recomendations
The contaminants or other substances removed or reduced by this water treatment system are not necessarily in your water.
Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system.
Furthermore, no glues or binders that may cause contamination are used in the manufacturing process. Instead, components are friction-welded together, producing a reliable, no-leak seal. And finally, all threaded connections are precision cut by machine with results in the more accurate and repeatable thread possible.
The CL-Series – a tried and true product that remains a vital part of our business and one of the main reasons why OMNIPURE filters are considered the finest disposable inline water filter ever manufactured.

Maintenance
How often should I replace the filters?
Omnipure OMB934-1MPb Capacity: 2,500 gallons
Omnipure CL10 RO T40 Capacity: 1,500 gallons
By simply replacing your filter on a regular basis, you can avoid drinking unwanted chemicals, particles and bacteria, which can cause or lead to serious health problems.
The water filter itself can last pretty long. But the cartridges have a lifespan of six to twelve months depending on your usage and size of the filter. When rated capacity is reached, or when flow becomes too slow the filter should be replaced.
